Your details, kept small.

We only ask for what we need to bake and hand over your order.

What we collect

When you send an order request or a custom cake inquiry: your name, phone number, the date and time you want, pickup or delivery (and the address for delivery), what you ordered, and any notes or reference photos you add. Nothing is paid on this website, so we never see card details.

Why

Only to reply to you, confirm the order, bake it and get it to you. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t send marketing.

How long we keep it

Order requests are kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically. Reference photos sent with an inquiry are deleted after 90 days.

Your choice

To see or delete what we hold about you, call or text 437-983-1444 or 365-228-4067, or message @luxebak on Instagram. We’ll do it promptly.

Cookies

Your order bag is saved in your own browser so it survives a reload. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
